People make resolutions at the beginning of a new year and we at Flexidentist are not left out. This is a post I put up last year and feel it is still relevant in helping us stay healthy throughout the year.
People make resolutions at the beginning of a new year and we at Flexidentist are not left out. This is a post I put up last year and feel it is still relevant in helping us stay healthy throughout the year.
- Brush twice daily for at least 2 mins(morning and last thing before going to bed at night)
- Use a fluoride containing toothpaste.
- Floss regularly
- Change my toothbrush every three months.
- Eat less of sweets and chocolates. I will eat more fruits instead.
- Say no to wooden toothpicks.
- Never open bottle tops with my teeth.
- Relax on my bone chewing habit.
- Go for professional cleaning every six months.
- Visit my dentist every six months.
